Not quite as expected

The part makes something and crashes quite neatly without sounding "unstable". Is already crass what comes out without distorting.
My problems with it:
- The bar can be "irritated" by other remote controls. Say, as soon as I with my
TV/Firestick/Apple TV - FBedienung what do, the JBL takes the signal, but makes nothing obvious. If I then take the JBL FB again, is on Vol+ then suddenly standby.
Somehow all the functions are messed up. Must then always reset the JBL, which is really annoying. Which of the other remotes that triggers, I can not say unfortunately
to 100% say. Have specially changed from FStick to Apple TV, but finally it came back.
- At quieter levels so about level 3 you hear the subwoofer now and then like scratching. As if it doesn't know whether it should bring the minimum signal or not. So it scratches.
At level 5-6 it gets better.
- Treble too little brilliant. Had to create for Spotify extra an extremely treble EQ preset on the
on the cell phone. Original it sounds too dull. Yes I am an audiophile and have good reference hardware for comparison ...
Without these 2-3 negative points I would be completely satisfied with it. At the moment I am thinking
to buy something else and give it away.
