Only a little air is used to dry the hair, which makes sense, otherwise the hair wouldn't stay on the brush.
I have very curly hair and am very happy with the result 👌.
The volume is ok and so is the weight, there's something to it.
The brush holds damp hair really well.
I am extremely zufriend👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I find the Duet Blowdry weak in terms of drying power – especially for the price it currently goes for, which is 330 to 430 francs. In terms of styling, on the other hand, it does have strengths, giving you long-lasting, frizz-free, flowing hair. But it gets minus points from me for its weight and heat-related injuries. And the thought and sound of wet hair on a hot iron just don’t do it for me.
One target group who may find this styler useful are people with frizzy hair who find it difficult to achieve a blowout effect with a conventional hot-air brush. For anyone else who wants a luxury blowout at home, I say go for the Dyson Airwrap. If you want a home blowout on a budget, I recommend the One-Step Volumiser from Revlon, which you can get for less than 50 francs. While the Duet Blowdry is good for styling hair, for the price, it really should be able to replace a hairdryer.

After much deliberation, I ordered the Duet Blowdry. I have fine hair, so the styling works really well and the result lasts a relatively long time. However, the appliance gets very hot (much hotter than my Dyson Airwrap), so I only use it when my hair is almost dry and for as short a time as possible, as the heat is hardly gentle on the hair.

After testing it at a hairdresser's, I ordered it and it is superb for blow-drying or waving.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this product and can only describe it as a bad buy. It is extremely impractical that the appliance has to be left switched on all the time, otherwise it cools down. This means I have to leave it running all the time, which consumes energy unnecessarily and is annoying. If I want to briefly comb my hair or re-style it and switch the appliance off during this time, it immediately loses the required heat.
I have very fine hair, which is actually perfect for styling with curls. I usually blow-dry my hair with a round brush to create volume and then straighten it. With this appliance, however, my hair is extremely flat after blow-drying and straightening - a result that I hardly ever experience with round brushes with an integrated heat function. Unfortunately, the product does not fulfil my expectations in any way, apart from its appealing design.
It's a real shame that I can't return it. I am now sitting on CHF 250 for an appliance that is completely useless to me.

Best hairdryer I have ever owned. Would be better if it came with the heat resistant gloves, since these are needed

It's a good tool to get a more voluminous straight finish than with straighteners, with a bit of a curl at the end. I wouldn't recommend it for drying the hair as the air flow is negligible and even when hair is 80% dry it still takes several takes to get a single strand dry.

I'm not really happy with my Dyson Airwrap. After much deliberation, I bought this appliance. One thing is for sure: the appliance doesn't blow as hard as the Dyson on the lowest setting, which is a good thing. It's perfect for moulding, but not for drying. I am satisfied and use this appliance more often than my Dyson Airwrap.
