Takes far too long
Not at all suitable for long hair or extensions. Takes far too long. Money wasted. I could have bought a cheaper straightener as I have to blow-dry my hair first either way. This appliance is only useful if you have short or shoulder-length hair. Otherwise it's no good....I'd love to give the appliance back!
