I ordered the internet yesterday at 9 am and today at 4:30 pm I am already using the new wifi. I am very happy with the efficiency of Galaxus.

I am currently with no internet.
I was supposed initially to be connected on 25th of April, currently in cockpit.galaxus it says: "Expected activation date: 27.04.2025"
As i didn't receive any router, I've asked today (28th of April) over chat where we are. I got following information:
"your fiber connection will not be activated until 04.05 (...). The connection of the fiber optics cabled is not in our hands."
Despite Galaxus having my fiber socket number since over a month, they couldn't arrange it on time. I also asked two weeks ago about router and was only informed that it will be delivered (still not here).
So I have no internet at the moment, no router, not even a sure date, just an information that perhaps a week from now. Maybe later. Who knows, who cares? For sure not Galaxus. All information I had to get myself, no one cared to inform me about delays. No one ever mentioned before today that there might be any delays. No apologies, nothing.
After great experience with Galaxus and digitec shops which I have since almost 10 years, it is SUPER disappointing and it is a joke to me that they now run their business like this. Just sell and don't care. Don't provide any information, promise some dates and then don't keep them, don't even say 'sorry'.
I hope that at least once i'm connected, connection will be stable and reliable. As their customer service work in limited hours, it will be critical.

Subscription had already been commissioned and activated by Galaxus before the OTO socket was installed and an invoice was issued (1 week before the OTO socket was installed).
After installing the OTO socket, it was not possible to put it into operation, which led to further delays.
The only drawback, but not a problem, is that it doesn't have bridge mode, but the way I see it, it might change in the near future. First of all, thanks for the fast service, the problem I had was that the fibre optic installer connected my fibre optic cable to the sky. But after reporting it, it was fixed within 24 hours by a technician. According to my research, the fastest possible internet connection is within 7 days, as Sunrise specifies at least 7 days for connection on its homepage. Therefore Digitec will probably not be faster. So far satisfied and hopefully the router will soon support even more.

Unfortunately, there have been multiple technical errors with the onboarding process. I will update this rating if Galaxus manages to solve them successfully
Update: Took quite a while (2 weeks), but the problem has finally been solved by Galaxus.
