I really wish I could return this product....
It est doe not work :-( I really had high hopes as we have windows not accessible and this would have been the perfect solution. The technology behind it is fantastic, it stays stuck to the windows but it leaves marks every single time. I have used their products and clean patches but nothing help.

Practical when you can access the outside of the windows (empty)
I use it for the railing windows on our terrace, unfortunately the space between the windows is a bit too small and the ecovac manages to pass between the windows, but when the space gets into the vacuum space, the ecovac falls out. So I would put wooden slats between the windows to stop it.
I don't recommend this for large windows, it leaves marks.Pro

Great device
Compared to its predecessor, the Winbot W950 completely fulfils my expectations. It works accurately and quite quietly. If you have found a good mix of moisture and the supplied cleaning agent over time, it is even streak-free! The handling is really easy and even cleaning windows is a pleasure...
Would buy it again.
The thing works perfectly if not too much cleaning fluid is applied. (Beginner's mistake ;-)
Only the corners and the place where you take the robot away can be cleaned briefly.

Super household support and relief
The robot works in exact paths and cleans the windows. However, dirty windows must be prepared. After several passes, the windows look tip-top; now and then you can correct the situation by running a microfibre cloth over them. But this is only necessary occasionally. It clings well to the window and easily gets to places that are difficult for humans to reach. It is important that the cleaning cloths are not dirty, otherwise it makes weals. Otherwise, it really works as described in the videos/reviews. We had the best results with slightly damp pads from the washing machine without detergent. The pads can be used for max 3 windows before it is best to change them even if they are slightly dirty. Of course, the windows look good afterwards, but the Winbot 950 will not completely free me from window cleaning.
