Weak battery
For the high price, the device should have a higher battery life
I have long hair and have to charge the device after each use (after about 30 minutes).
The weight of the hair straightener for several minutes of use takes some getting used to - the device is very heavy.
On the other hand, the result is very good - the hair straightener makes really very smooth hair.Pro

I give this product 0 points for the following reason:
After 3 years, the thing only heats for 45 seconds. After that it's over.
Dyson support says that it cannot be repaired.
Dyson gives 25% off a new appliance.
Simply unbelievable. So Dyson appliances are disposable products.

The product is really good, there is nothing to complain about. But for the price, to receive a European version with a Swiss adapter I find it a little limited.
