This PC gives me pleasure every day. I do not regret the purchase

This is my first desktop PC, I only had notebooks before.
When I switched it on, I was startled by the loud fans, but now I'm used to them.

When I switched it on, the monitor showed no signal. I tried all kinds of monitor
    cables, but nothing helped.
After a youtube search, I opened the PC and pushed all the plugs in lightly. After that it worked and the rest of the installation went without a hitch.

Buy Digitec PC I have had fewer problems with it so far, this one I would most like to return

When I spend 2000 on a PC, I look at what I'm buying, but I feel cheated here. I have sworn by ASUS products so far, so this product disappoints me quite a bit.
The design is okay, but I need the PC for work (GIS, image
and video editing), so a normal tower would do, but that's my problem. The performance looks good on paper, but the reality is different. If you render a video, do a virus scan or load a simple GIS application, the heat message of the CPU comes up immediately. The cooler howls even during small tasks, but is very quiet in idle mode.

    Pro

    • Good interfaces, but no ESata to the outside

    Contra

    • According to
    • Overheats quickly
    • Graphics are quickly at their limit
    • How do you close the DVD drive? Once the drawer is out, the button is inaccessible.
    • Kaspersky total Security does not run or, PC does not run with this programme

Perhaps an own PC build is still better than a brand PC.

On paper, it's actually a well-equipped PC, but after switching it on for the first time, the first problems occur.
The WLAN card always resets itself and interrupts the internet connection when downloading large files
(probably due to software, but ASUS should have tested this).
The device is very quiet when idle, but the fan spins up quite a bit when the system is under light load. In addition, the CPU gets very hot very quickly. Even at 40% load, I got the 77°C warning.
The hardware does what it is supposed to do, the latest games like Mass Effect Andromeda run smoothly, although with a loud fan.

I had some problems but it was graphics card drivers and windows update, so it wasn't hardware related

Hands off if you really want to use the CPU.

The ASUS G11CD-K-CH031T is loud and goes to its knees under load. This means that the CPU is overheating. The fans are very loud.
