Does what it should
After connecting to TV and creating Apple ID on PC (didn't have one yet), setup was very quick.
The only thing I had to change was the chroma (4:2:0 -> 4:2:2) in 4K HDR mode.
It's a bit of a shame that Apple doesn't include an HDMI cable, especially since not all cables work with 4K HDR.
Fortunately, I had one in stock.
Later, I installed Teleboy and nothing stands in the way of watching TV. Teleboy in combination with Apple TV is in my opinion superior to Swisscom TV. I find the operation much better and clearer.
The Apple TV Remote took some time to get used to. The functions of the remote are not immediately obvious, but perhaps I should have read the manual. I miss the number buttons a bit, would have been great to find the desired channel in the TV app faster. Otherwise, the operation is now very good.
What surprised me, when I get the device by pressing a button from sleep mode, it turns on the TV automatically. Volume control also works directly from the Apple TV Remote. I didn't have to configure anything else, it worked right away.
Later, I installed Plex and Netflix and the entertainment system is ready.

Quite okay, but the remote control is probably the stupidest product Apple has ever invented... A warning sticker would be appropriate here, the remote control can trigger fits of despair and fainting. Fortunately, the old Apple Remote still works and the dog ate the new one....

Delivery was not the next day as it was described, but at least the day after next...
There's not much to say about the 4K Apple TV, it's simply fantastic in conjunction with a decent TV!!! I switched from the 4th generation Apple TV (1080p) to the 4K version and really don't regret a single euro...

I bought it through Teleboy TV.
Operation and Instalation is poor and awkward programming. Remote control sometimes just does what it wants, even when not operated by me, the program is suddenly fast-forwarded or rewound.
Have never been so upset about a remote control and that regularly ! With the TV-Gyde there are neither in the preview nor in the recording depot categories like comedy, trill ect. In addition, this is bad to operate and partly incorrectly programmed.
Change as soon as I can to the competition!Pro

Unfortunately not very versatile, so I'll have to buy an Android box after all.
I had great expectations of the expensive device, but it did not fulfil all of them.
I mainly use the Apple TV with the Teleboy app to watch TV.
I had hoped that I could also use it to listen to music or stream video from the Synology. However, this only works to a limited extent.Pro

Best device for connecting smartphones, smartpads, computers with the TV. Furthermore, many films, series, games available.
Excellent device because:
-easy installation on the TV (SAMSUNG in our case).
-easy connection with our iPhones, iPads and MacBook
-many apps available (e.g. streaming - in our case amazon Prime)
-many movies and series available
-lots of games on ARCADE - I bought 2 SONY PS controllers especially for it
- and the most important reason why i bought this device: with airplay we can throw the content of our screens on the tv without any problems. i had tried many other things, also bought apps for it, but it was always very difficult.

Top streaming box
Great streaming device, fits in seamlessly with films from the iTunes Store, which is to be expected, but I can also play films from my NAS with a corresponding app, picture and sound quality is excellent.

It's super easy to use, solidly built and very easy to integrate into an Apple ecosystem. Netflix and the like can of course also be obtained via a SmartTV, but I used it so that I can stream Bluewin TV via my iPhone/iPad to the TV (an Apple TV app from Swisscom is unfortunately not available). So I don't need a 2nd setup box from Swisscom.
