There is a touch control panel at the top of the soundbar itself (Power, Volume, Input, Bluetooth). Press and hold the power button for 5/10 seconds to force a reset / restart. When it boots up, you can change the inputs directly on the device.
I am not aware of the problem. Maybe ask Yamaha directly for help.
I can only switch on and off via the TV remote control. I have to change the volume and mode via the soundbar remote control.
The 207 has nothing like that. Look at the yas-209

I am not sure. I tried to use but it did not work
in 8 out of 10 cases: stereo. surround massively emphasises the upper frequencies and leads to an unsatisfactory sound image despite a very nice spatial effect. (for details see my comment)
I've been using the soundbar for a few months now and haven't experienced anything like this. It works perfectly so far, as it should.
Yes, both can be played back. An LED indicates which format is currently being used.
Yes, it works without problem. If you want to connect a TV box and another device to the sound bar, I advise you to order a HDMI mutliplug with a swtich (cheap on "wish" websites...)
No, there are no feet involved!
Why shouldn't it work? It runs via an arc hdmi, so if that's available then it will definitely work. Price performance top
