If the fan has an audible imbalance at low speed, then there is something wrong with the unit and it should be replaced. I have been using these air purifiers for many years and they have to be absolutely quiet in the automatic mode, nothing should hum or rattle. However, I have already had two such air purifiers that made a humming noise for a few seconds at intervals of about 10 - 15 minutes, even when they were switched off. However, this did not come from the main fan but from the small fan that is installed in the particle measurement sensor. At first I couldn't explain where this noise was coming from, but then I found the references to the particle measurement sensor on the Internet. I ordered a new sensor from Aliexpress, which is super easy to replace, and since then it has been quiet again. Back to the problem with the imbalance, something is wrong and the unit should be replaced. They should not be audible in the low setting. If the air purifier can be heard for a few seconds at intervals of approx. 10 - 15 minutes (sounds like an up and down hum), then it is the small fan in the particle measurement sensor. I would change the unit and then take the normal Air Purifier 4, the Pro is not absolutely necessary. Maybe even two 4 Lite are better, I also use two (older 3H), one is in the living room and one in the bedroom.

Is there an air purifier that can be used with fragrance?
No.
Very good so far :)
The unit has different fan speeds. The highest one is quite loud and blows a lot of air through the unit. In the low mode, the unit whispers away and for me, as "it has to be quiet", it is very pleasant. The airflow is therefore very low. The air is also ionised. So far, I have not been able to feel any direct benefit.
This cannot be said at the moment, as we do not have a delivery date from the supplier for the next delivery. As soon as this changes, the new date will be posted. Please note that the date in your order may be different from the date in the shop.
Not in Auto mode. For this to happen noticeably, it must run at the highest level throughout so that the room air is constantly circulated. This would not be recommended.
The devices are compatible with Android and Alexa, but not for Homekit. Apple is very limited with Smarthome, not many products are compatible, but the Air Purifier 4 can also be operated in automatic mode, it does not need a connection to an app. You can make all the settings on the device itself, I would recommend the automatic mode anyway, because then you are also sure that the air is always cleaned.
On average, the filter must be replaced every 6 to 12 months.
Works without it too. But the app is really practical
Either you have the Digitec websites cached on your mobile or PC (or a proxy with an old cache behind it) or Digitec has dynamic prices. But Digitec knows that better than I do. But it's nothing new that Digitec's prices change like the exchange rates on the stock exchange.
Wrong forum. The question should be put to Digitec, not to the customers.
No, this is a pure air purifier.
