**A room with 210m^3 would correspond to approx. 88m^2 (at 2.4m room height). With several living rooms there will be a (strong) temperature gradient.
Yes can be controlled with app
I have the same problem. It doesn't work for me either. I also have an iPhone 14. I have already seen answers here where it says that you should try it with iPhone 6 or with Tuya. I will still try that. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the cooling performance. Sure, it's loud but for 18k BTU it's to be expected.
Unfortunately we do not have a longer hose available separately, and it is not specified which longer hose would be compatible with this model, I am sorry. We suggest that you look for a longer hose in a specialist shop.

"Do you need to empty water out of the unit" Based on the data sheet: yes. "how often": Based on the data sheet: (under best conditions) it can dehumidify 43L per day. That's round about 1.75L per hour. There's no info about the size of the integrated water reservoir.
According to https://www.klima-oberglatt.ch/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/AC-Venezia-energy-label.pdf, that's 2kWh per hour. That adds up to quite a bit in one day.
According to the data sheet: "Strong air circulation for fast and efficient cooling of the air. Water basin and warm air outlet at the rear."
No, it's very easy. What you need is a power-outlet protected with at least a 10A fuse and little opened window for the exhaust hose. After that only set the desired temperature at the unit itself, turn it on and that's it.
It looks like it, but the specifications are different: 5.2kw cooling capacity here vs. 3.5kw for Trotec PAC 3500 SH. But yes, presumably the same OEM manufacturer is behind it.
