Having bought this cable several times I still don't understand whether it is utp or u/utp or f/utp it should be pseudo-shielded but nothing is marked on it ...???

The manufacturer specifies UTP, so the twisted pairs are not shielded. As this is a category 6 cable, there is no overall shielding for the conductors either. So U/UTP
