The product with no model number you refer to is indeed the UGREEN NASync DH2300. It is a 2-bay NAS with 60TB maximum storage, powered by a Rockchip RK3576 8-core processor, 4GB memory, and supports JBOD RAID configuration. It is designed as an entry-level NAS for home entertainment, photo storage, and easy data backup, distinct from other models like the DXP8800 Plus or DXP2800.
No, the device does not have an integrated WiFi function and does not support a WiFi dongle. The available ports only include USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 (2x), USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 (1x) and RJ45 (1x), without WiFi compatibility. The information provided does not explicitly cover this, so I'm not completely sure. Check our Community for more tips.

According to my research and taking into account the manufacturer's specifications, WD Red Plus HDDs are recommended. You can select different storage capacities in the following link. Ideally, both should have the same storage capacity:

The Ugreen NAS DH2300 does not support SSDs directly as storage drives, only 3.5" or 2.5" SATA hard drives. SSDs such as the WD Green, WD Red or WD Blue are therefore not suitable as main drives.
