In addition, the description says nothing about the 10 GbE ports RJ45/SFP+ Combo (1x). What exactly is correct here? Another question for laymen: If I insert an RJ45 transceiver (e.g. Ubiquiti SFP+ module UACC-CM-RJ45-MG) into the SFP+ port, have I created two independent 10 GbE RJ45 ports? In other words, would I have 2x 10 GbE + 8x 2.5 GbE ports with this switch? Thanks for an answer.

I was able to do a search and the manufacturer states the following: Flexible 8-port 2.5GbE switch with a 10GbE RJ45/SFP+ combo uplink port that can be powered with a USB-C or PoE+ adapter. The so-called combo port at Ubiquiti means that you can use either the 10G SFP+ or the 10G RJ45 port, but not both together. I will request that the specifications be corrected.

A power supply unit is included. Info: This version of the Flex 2.5G switch does not offer PoE, so it cannot supply power to devices on its ports.

NO. The switch has a POE input port with which the switch can be operated. The enclosed power supply unit has USB-C. A 48V power supply unit is normally required for POE switches.
