If you have LAN connections, then you probably don't need mesh (wifi mesh or a network meshed via wifi). Do you already use Unifi, e.g. a cloud key or the network app?

This is not the case. The UniFI AP FlexHD supports WPA3.
What does this question have to do with AP Flex? As far as the capacity of controllable access points of the UDM Pro is concerned, according to Unifi due connected devices are ehrr critical. But your 5 APs are really nothing compared to Unifi's specifications. So no problem at all. https://help.ui.com/hc...

Yes, the PoE injector is included in the "individual packs", which was also the case for me :)

I have been using the UniFi AP Flex HD for about two weeks in our 4.5 room flat. I have very good reception everywhere. Even on the balcony I still get 90% of the full speed. The flat is at least 40 years old and has many concrete walls.
I can't tell you how it compares to the AC-PRO. However, Unifi's APs are very powerful :)
The design of the Unifi AP Flex HD is also more suitable for the flat in my opinion.

A door/wall at that distance should not be a problem at all. I have mounted one of these APs on each of 4 floors (approx. 7x11m) and set the power to medium (5GHz) or low (2.4GHz) so that they do not overlap.
Correct, the AP has only one RJ45 connection.

According to the datasheet, the ceiling mount is optional and therefore not included in the package.
I would plug mine in and configure it via the Unifi APP as a standalone device.
But what you have to do is probably connect the POE adapter in between, otherwise the FLEXHD won't get any power.
