Questions about Twinkly String

Great, the product comes with a Schuko mains plug. This is actually forbidden in Switzerland. Products sold in Switzerland must be fitted with a Swiss plug.

Do they all get the product with an EU plug or are there some who got the product with a CH plug?

The description and pictures contain different information: 1. is the cable transparent or black? 2. earthed plug or Swiss plug?

Great product, fun to play with the designs and colors. Just note the lights are a bit further spaced apart than expected. So to get an effect anywhere near what you see in the promo videos I would suggest getting longer length than usual. I usually get a 180cm tree and should have gotten the 32m string as the 20m looks fine as normal lights, but you lose the effect of any of the designs quite a bit.

how did you manage to connect the fairy lights to the app and the wifi? even if i stand right next to the wifi router the app tells me that the lights could not find the wifi and also the lights internal wifi does not work i always get the wrong password even though i use the one that is shown in the app unfortunately this makes it impossible for me to control the lights or anything else very frustrating if anyone has a useful tip please let me know otherwise i will have to send it back as it does not work properly

In the product picture, it appears to be the RGBW version, but the description says RGB. Which variant is this?
