Hello Crafter_89 Your question is a little difficult to answer from a distance. The best thing is to try to narrow down the problem. Since there were no problems with the Powerline and the router in the past, I would assume for the time being that there is not primarily a problem there. If I were you, I would take a laptop (turn off the WLAN on the laptop ;-) ) and plug it in and out of the free ports with a network cable. I think that this should not be a problem for the switch (I do this all the time with another TP-Link switch) and the laptop will have internet normally. If this plugging and unplugging worked, then it must almost be the iPad. An Apple professional might be able to help you find out whether the iPad has already caused problems here.

This is a network switch.. what does a specific provider has to do with it? Was that something that Swisscom told you??

I have been using 2 TL-SG105 for more than two years, to each of which a Swisscom TV box (UHD) is connected. Works perfectly. I suspect that the freezing of the picture has nothing to do with the TL-SG105. What does the complete setup look like (internet router, connection to TL-SG105 (wired/wireless), ...)?

This should actually work. It is important with Swisscom tv that the switch supports igmp snooping and that this can be set (configured) on the switch. Here is a thread in the Swisscom forum, where other switches are also mentioned. https://community.swisscom.ch/t5...
