Hello Tapo C425 is a super product!!!!! I have the camera switched off all day - we are around the house. In the evening at night I switch it on. Of course, this can also happen the other way round. I always switch off the spotlight. But I can switch it on to look at something lying on the ground (a leaf that has blown over, for example). Everything is individually programmable. The geofencing didn't work for me either, it's still in beta. I solved it with the private track mode with a schedule. I haven't used the 3M adhesive so far, but I would say you can actually use any adhesive that sticks well (e.g. Tesa Powerstrip).
