Helpful answer

The router is not compatible with Omada. It uses EasyMesh technology, while Omada uses a different mesh system that is not compatible with EasyMesh, so they cannot work together in the same mesh network. In addition, Archer BE800 products cannot be added to the Omada controller to form part of the Omada Mesh system.

There are 8 internal antennas - source: https://www.tp-link.com/de/home-networking/wifi-router/archer-be800/ The range is very good as far as I can judge. But I don't know the BE900 and can therefore only give my subjective opinion. I can highly recommend the BE800 so far.

Normally yes. You just need to make sure you have a Cat.7 cable that goes between the Swisscom módem and the BE800 and connect to the BE800 via wifi. That's what I'm doing.
