Hello, I am interested in the Toshiba DW-10F2EE(W)-PL dishwasher but before buying it I have 2 questions: 1) In the event of a breakdown during the warranty period, can I return the product myself directly to your Lausanne branch or do I have to do otherwise and pay the shipping costs? 2) Where can I buy spare parts or other accessories? (It seems to me that Toshiba does not sell this dishwasher elsewhere in Europe). Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

Hello, This is a 24-month Bring-in guarantee. This means that you can return the goods to one of our branches if the appliance is ever faulty. As far as spare parts are concerned, this would be on a case-by-case basis, but we're not sure we can get them.
