Hello I have a Toshiba LCD Colour TV model no. 42UL863. My question now is does it fit on this wall mount? Thank you very much for the help.

To do this, you need to measure the hole spacing at the back of the TV. If it's 200x200mm, it should work, otherwise you need another one. It's difficult to say if you don't know the back. You may also find the information in the manual.
