The alarm clock is absolutely noiseless, a practically undetectable "ticking" is only audible if you press it directly on your ear. My wife (with above-average hearing and very light sleep!) has the alarm clock about 30cm next to her pillow, so very close to her head and definitely hears nothing. This is exactly why she wanted to have the same one again, after the first one had given up the ghost after years only because it had repeatedly fallen on the floor while making the bed...
No, the TFA Dostmann Lea alarm clock does not include batteries.
Sadly, yes. When the alarm sounds, there is no button to stop it AND reactivate it in 24 hours. There is only one button that stops the alarm. Then you have to manually reactivate it (same button). Impractical, but usable. Only one alarm time, as another restriction.
Hello 'Analogdigital', The radio-controlled alarm clock does have a backlight which is activated by pressing the upper button for 5 seconds, but it does not have an automatic backlight in the dark. However, the alarm clock has fluorescent hands. As an alarm clock with automatic backlighting with light sensor, we can recommend, for example, the alarm clocks with item no. 8958050 (analogue) and item no. 5925837 (digital). This is because we work with different suppliers and daily prices. If, for example, one supplier can no longer deliver the device, but the other can, then we naturally change in order to be able to continue offering the product. With such a move, however, you have to expect that the price will adjust upwards or downwards. In addition, the price is also influenced by supply and demand, which can also lead to fluctuations.
See specification first point of the product and the filters give you the answer to the second question. Both are faster than writing a question ;)
