Unfortunately, Samsung does not provide any information on the VESA standard of this model. Therefore we cannot confirm compatibility.

Unfortunately we were not able to test this mount under these specific conditions, so we can't guarantee it. But after some quick research, the most important thing is to choose the right pegs for the weight of your device.

"I can't understand the question in general.
What does the customer mean, whether it always stays centred.
The stand offers the possibility to turn the TV left and right or move it horizontally, and also to rotate it vertically up to -15 degrees.

In fact, only the VESA standard and the weight are the main criteria.
However, it is possible that if you turn the stand as far as it will go, a larger TV will come up against the wall.
You cannot turn the wall bracket, but you can screw it to the wall so that the TV is at 90 degrees.

If the TV has a VESA mount, you only need to check what size it is and then you can check the description to see if your size is supported.
It depends on what you want to do...
Weight and Vesa are not a problem, as you said yourself, if you just want to mount it flat on the wall.
But if you want to turn your TV sideways, it won't be possible to do that much without pulling it out completely, because the angle is a problem with the wider TV.
I have a 45-inch TV on it and I also have to pull out 20 cm for an angle of maybe 20 degrees to the wall.
Do you have a stable concrete wall? Then it's worth a try for the price. With a plasterboard wall, I would be cautious about extending it completely.

Yes, I used it to hang a Samsung. Everything fitted, everything was there.

So this should not be a problem for your 42" Phillips.

I would like to put a picture with it but unfortunately it doesn't work here...about 30cm or an elbow long :D
