The tado° Smart Radiator Thermostat - Quattro Pack cannot be operated without a Bridge or a Thread Border Router. Here are the important points to note:
- A tado° Bridge X or another Thread Border Router is required to control the thermostats and connect them to the internet.

This is because we get this double pack from a different supplier, which has completely different conditions to the single pack. It is therefore much cheaper to buy the single pack.
Anyway, mine don't work with rechargeable batteries, which is a shame (bought about 2 years ago). Maybe they have improved that in the meantime, though.
To use Tado with the app, the Bridge is necessary (the additional device). The Quattro Pack is an extension for additional thermostats. I have Tado with 6 thermostats in operation. Works perfectly.
Small hint -> Tado has a Black Friday promotion. Maybe it's still worth the wait.
Are there any spare parts somewhere? I am missing an extension pin and a screw to fix the adapter...

I didn't find anything at Galaxus. But on lampenwelt.ch. Search for Danfoss adapter. The set contains all adapters.
The product works well and is very practical.
I cannot say whether a new version is planned.
The v3+ should be a Start Kit thermostat plus the Internet Bridge.

The community manager invited me as a customer to answer your question. Good question. Maybe the Galaxus Pricing Manager is not available at the home office to explain his actions. Nice to see how algorithms are silos too. Product works well as long as rooms are not too far away.
This thermostat is only available as shown. Where exactly the problem is, however, is beyond me. The temperature can be read off well when facing upwards. Generally, you don't have to turn it on every 10 minutes anyway.
As these are different products with different manufacturer numbers, suppliers and availability, it is possible that the multipack may be more expensive under certain circumstances.
Normal does, the older V3 thermostats are no longer manufactured.
