Hello, you offer the Synology DS716+ II as both a hard and a soft bundle. I noticed that the Intel Celeron N3150 is listed as the processor in the soft bundles, but the Celeron N3160 in the hard bundles. As far as I know, the N3150 was only installed in the DS 716+ model (without II) and the N3160 in the DS 716+ II model. So there is a contradiction here. Are the softbundles definitely the DS716+ II model?

I don't know what kind of mess you're making, but if you click on the Synology DS716+ II here under "Products in the Set", you'll be redirected to their product page. This is the product that also comes in this soft bundle. This has an Intel Celeron N3160, as you can see from the specifications. The information on the product page of the soft bundle is therefore an error. PS: I have forwarded this...

This item is described with a 36-month bring-in guarantee. When ordering, the option "Extension of the guarantee to 3 years" appears. What does this mean or apply?

This is a standard option available on most products at Digitec. You can ignore this as you already have 3 years standard warranty. However, you could change the warranty to 5 years Bring-In or 3 or 5 years On-Site (i.e. at home) if you want or need to.
