No. This device connects to the mobile via Bluetooth and is not accessible via the Internet.
The "Switchbot Hub 2" device would be required to be able to read out the temperature via the Internet.

I asked myself the same question and then ordered the outdoor thermometer very simply from Amazon.
I have the mini. It works well with it. But it should work with all the others too

I have no experience with Hombli. However, you can make this hygrometer "really" smart with the Switchbot Hub 2 (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s1/product/switchbot-hub-2-smart-home-hub-25368055), e.g. with Matter or Homekit. Smart CH plugs would be available from Eve or Philips Hue, for example. Mystrom also makes some, but they don't (yet) have Matter support. I had/have all three in use - the ones from Eve are by far the best quality and particularly practical for setting up a Thread network.
Works on android and saves the data, just takes a while until all data is downloaded

Yes, it connects first to the SwitchBot application and then you link the app to Google Home and that's it!
