I would like to have 9m of this light chain. Can I just order three and put them together? And does it come with a transformer or does that have to be ordered separately? If so, which one?

Yes, these can be plugged together. It has one transformer per pack

how long is the supply line and how long is the part with the actual luminaires?

The cable length (power supply) 3m + the actual cable with the lights another 3m. So a total of 6m.
