This happens with many (or even most) humidifiers, yes. Water particles follow gravity, even if they are atomised and dispersed (at least for the most part) in the air ;).

This is an ultrasonic nebuliser. The water is not heated in the process.

According to my information, filters and silver cubes are already included in the scope of delivery.

According to our responsible department it's a used cartridge.

I have been using the device for 4 days and I am very satisfied. The instructions state that fragrances may only be used 2-3 drops at a time (not in the water container!) per filling. Stadler gives links to products, but others may also be used, such as from Farfalla or similar.

In principle, the cartridges fit because they have the same thread. However, we recommend always using the products with Stadler Form's own accessories. This will invalidate the guarantee. Furthermore, a reduction in performance cannot be ruled out, as the products are only tested with Stadler Form accessories.
