All 3 HDMI inputs comply with the hdmi 2.0 standard and support 4k 60hz with hdr10 and hdcp 2.2. unfortunately, Dolby Vision is not supported by the software, so it could theoretically be added with a software update, but this is very unlikely. Dolby Vision with 4.1 surround with this soundbar and its zr5 or zr7 rear speakers is possible if an optical cable from the source goes separately to the soundbar and the hdmi cable directly into the tv. however, this is then limited to dolby digital 5.1 or dts 5.1 codecs or lpcm 48khz stereo. the latter is also possible via hdmi arc. It is important to note that many televisions only output surround via their optical port or via hdmi arc if the source is their own tuner. I'm not entirely sure whether the soundbar can accept surround via hdmi arc or only directly via hdmi/optical.

It works with the LG magic remote. It should work the same with the Samsung. The important thing is to use the HDMI ARC port on the TV, and to activate all the features that have to do with it, speakers on the soundbar, Anynet HDMI CEC, etc.

The subwoofer is equipped with radio control and only needs a power connection for the active amplifier, but the soundbar is only installed with cable, I have connected it to the TV with the supplied fibre optic cable and as I have seen it only works with cable.
