Why is the Showroom model so expensive? At Media Markt Switzerland, this model costs CHF 249 new. That is a massive difference. Can anything be done about the price? Otherwise, I buy the Sony new at Media Markt.

Hello, can I connect the Sony HT-G700 soundbar to the PS5? If so, do I need an adapter for the PS5? If so, which one? Thanks

Hi Damienwyss, you can connect the soundbar to the TV you connect the PS5 to, or you can check with other users via the Sony Community. Sony Europe

For me, the sound always starts a few seconds too late (it is then synchronised with the picture, but the first few seconds are missing). It seems to me that the soundbar is trying to find the right format in these first seconds. Is there a way to fix the problem?

You could try adjusting the Lip Sync on either the Soudbar or the TV, which is actually automatic because the devices negotiate picture and sound signals with each other via HDMI, but maybe you can adjust something on one of the two devices. If the Soundbar is in sleep mode, does it only happen then? Or also when it is receiving? You can also preselect digital sound output formats on the TV, so maybe it will work better with a different setting.
