It is astonishing that the packaging dimensions 28.8 x 9.3 x 6 cm are smaller than the product dimensions 29 x 9.5 x 6.5 cm... Are the former possibly the internal dimensions, or has the information been mixed up? The internal dimensions are important for me to know, are they now 28.8 x 9.3 x 6 cm, or are they even smaller?

The external dimensions of this storage box are 28.8 x 9.3 x 6 cm. Unfortunately, we do not have the exact packaging and internal dimensions. Our details will be updated soon.

Attention wrong size! The box was NOT delivered to me in the size 40x40x18cmm but 40x30x18cm. I have reported this to Galaxus support to see if it was an incorrect delivery or incorrect product information. (In the picture, the box is not square either).

This is incorrect product data. The box is really only 40 x 30 x 18 cm. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
