Hello, I haven't tried it, but I don't think it's possible.

I think it won't work well for two reasons: 1) the input of the thingy is meant for an AUX output. the guitar output is a mic output. 2) the latency time ... As already explained very well in the other comment. For me all good connections are made with wires Good luck
With a short switch-off time, the connection is re-established when a new "pairing" is initiated.
