Unfortunately, I don't know what you can do. You should contact Digitec by e-mail or Samsung.

I recently bought this system and found out that my Playstation 4, which is connected to the box with a Toslink cable, does not output 5.1 sound. Even via a USB stick I had no 5.1 sound. Is there any way to fix this so that I can at least hear the sound through all the speakers and with the subwoofer?

How long are the cables to the individual boxes? I have a fairly large room and therefore need long cables. I don't necessarily have to connect all the boxes, do I?

Is it not possible to connect these speakers with cables? I have a home cinema set HT-E 5550 system, but it is defective and would like to replace it. Greetings Arnold

This system is wired, it says "Wireless Speakers: None".
