According to my information this Player is not Regionfree for Bluray nor DVD. As far as i know the DVD Player Part of the following product is Regionfree: Pioneer BDP-180 (Player, WLAN, Schwarz)

You might want to buy a HDMI cable to connect the Player to your TV. Afaik, this is not included (atleast it's not mentioned in the details).
