Unfortunately, we do not offer this.
It only picks up damp when you have clicked in the mop attachment and select "pick up" in the app. It also recognises carpets, for example, so that it does not pick up there. I don't miss the suction device. I probably won't get one later either. If there are moist crumbs etc. in there, they collect in the device for weeks until the next emptying. I'd rather empty the container on the vacuum cleaner first... You have a wiping cloth with you, which you attach to the wiper attachment, and you click the attachment onto the vacuum. So you don't need anything extra. Unless you want a second one when the other one is in the washing machine. Ps. irobot failed completely in our comparisons, it can't do anything. 🙊😄 Only Xiaomi/Roborock comes into my house. ❤️
Yes goes. 😉
Yes. For reasons of data protection, I have not connected my device to the WiFi. Just put it in the room and press start. It finds its own way.
That's been cleared up. The Galaxus prices are of course also valid on digitec, but the Galaxus Black Friday offers are not displayed here and therefore I did not find the expired offer.
Sometimes he hides there but usually he does his work reliably and goes back to his docking to sleep! 😆
Depends on the scenario/your flat ☺️. I have a dog and parquet/tiled floors. You can always see the sweat paw prints. With the S7, these are now definitely no longer visible as it cleans them away with flying colours thanks to the vibrations. Whether it's worth it for you to buy it, you have to know for yourself ☺️
In the Myrobotcenter shop, you can also get the Roborock S7 for just 599 Swiss francs with a 5-year warranty.
In principle, the answers are correct, but all Roborock hoovers can also be used without the app, because it is sufficient to simply press the Clean button on the device. The robot hoover then starts cleaning the home and then returns to the docking station. However, you need the app for firmware updates and also to edit the maps or to programme the hoover so that it not only cleans the flat but can also do this every day, for example.
The chairs don't have to be moved - the robot is only 35 cm in diameter and can navigate through them. Even a dining table is no problem for the robot. Since it has a rubber roller, hair should not get caught in it. Models with brushes are a little more susceptible. That's fine. There is also a version that has a camera for object recognition, which would be even better for pets, but the S7 MaxV is a little more expensive. Roborock S7 MaxV
No hoover robot has a parquet detection, not even the Roborock S7, but you can even set the water flow separately for each room in the app, e.g. more water for stone or slab floors and very little or no water at all for parquet floors. You could also define exclusion zones so that it doesn't mop there at all.
Have you already tested with an account that is shared? That's how we do it, makes more sense to me...
That shouldn't be a problem, by the way, the amount of water for mopping can be set individually for each room in 3 stages or you can also switch it off completely for individual rooms. Unfortunately, I wouldn't know about cotton cleaning cloths - they are microfibre cloths that last forever. However, you must not or should not fill anything into the wiping function, because this can damage the electronic water pump and attack the hoses. Yes, you can also operate it with your Android smartphone.
You can adjust the intensity. For parquet, I would set it to medium. Basically, Roborock recognises the floors. You can only get ptz rags as microfibre. I wouldn't put any agents in it. It does fine and yes you can download Xiaomi Home or Roborock APP. You can control everything via APP and you will always be informed when the sensors need to be cleaned or when you have to change the best ones. I am very satisfied especially when you compare the suction power with iRobot. No chance for iRobit or other devices.
Yes, just peel it off, wash it and stick it back on.
In the past, the manufacturer has always advised against filling anything into the tanks except water, because this could damage the electronic pumps in the devices. So now even something from Omo works? That's interesting. It would certainly be something, but only if it were interesting in terms of price. 16 dollars for 450 ml doesn't sound cheap either. I think something like that would easily cost twice as much in our country. What is certainly recommendable is to use filtered water and not just tap water, because that contains quite a lot of lime, depending on the region.
As soon as this is sold on a large scale, we will certainly include the new version in our range.
no. the s7 has a new main brush, a different dust container and new cloths.

A Roborock S7 or S6 MaxV measures 8 cm without the laser tower. I would recommend the Roborock S6 MaxV if the purchase of the suction station is not planned. The S6 MaxV has 3D object recognition and works with cameras. For example, it can recognise a scale as such and doesn't get stuck in it.
White is just more popular than black. 😉
Our cat is afraid of it, just like our normal hoover 🙈
Yes, that should work, the S5 Max, S6 MaxV and also S7 devices (but also the 250 franc Xiaomi Dreame D9) have electronic water pumps. You can define the amount of water that is delivered to the mop pad for each room. You should not think of it as a lot of water coming out. If the amount of water is set to minimum, it should not cause any problems. By the way, at 499 francs, the S6 MaxV is equipped with much better navigation than an S7 or S5 Max. The S6 MaxV can't do automatic emptying with an optional add-on suction station, but if that's not an issue, I'd go for the S6 MaxV. Roborock S6 MaxV It cleans just as well as an S7 :). But it only costs around 500 francs and navigates much more accurately around obstacles with its 3D object recognition.
No the app detects the time zones of the smartphone and the device
