I assume you are asking how to increase the amount of water delivered? What helps is to wet the fabric pad properly before releasing the Roborock. Also check if the small filters under the cloth pad where the water seeps through are clogged.

Hello The robot does something similar for me. It also vacuums up to a virtual wall, but at a later time it goes into the 'closed off' area and cleans it too. It seems as if it divides the area into blocks and cleans them one after the other. For me, however, it cleans everything at the end. Greetings

Yes the Roborock v-shaped brushes used in those vacuum cleaners are doing a good job in picking up hair. The roller brush also has a pice that can be removed at one side so that you can also clean hair that has been tagled there. Plus the robot comes with a cleaning tool that also helps to cut hair that eventually is tangled around the brush. Although, the S5 Max is not available anymore, therefore please select the successor S5 Max or if you would spend 100 more you could get the best obstacle avoidance model that is then the Roborock S6 MaxV. This is the S6 Max: Roborock S5 Max The S6 MaxV has all the features of the S6 MaxV but it has the cameras that avioid objects and has a database with objects to recognze and this database will be extended in the future. Yes, just last week there was a firmware update for the S5. Now rooms are automatically recognised and only individual rooms can be wiped. You can also divide the rooms yourself and choose when starting whether the rooms should be wiped once, twice or three times. In addition to no-go zones, you can now also create invisible walls in the app and the device can remember several maps between which you can switch (great if you have several floors in the house).

In general, the S6 brushes also fit on the S5, but error messages can occur. This is probably because the motor of the S5 is somewhat weak for the 5 arms of the S6 brushes, especially on carpets. Hello, actually the Roborock has crash sensors. Were they possibly dirty? To avoid it permanently, I recommend you set up a "prohibited zone" for the stairs via the app. Concerning warranty you have to contact the support directly. Regards

Good morning, it is very simple. It comes with a small water tank and microfibre cloths. After the tank has been filled and the cloth attached, the tank can simply be clicked under the Roborock at the back. The Roborock then cleans the floor as usual with the wet cloth 😊
