The previously set up camera starts automatically after a power interruption and reconnects. I can then re-establish a connection with the app. A special activation process is no longer necessary.

Hello. Recording via memory card is possible. Without a Wi-Fi connection it is not possible to use the app and get a live view.

I have installed the Lumus at my home and on a factory site. It runs perfectly in summer and winter. I have no problems with the Wi-Fi connection. The image quality is good and the app functions are also highly recommended.
There is no option to install a battery with this product, but you could attach a powerbank (no guarantee). There are other battery versions from reolink that look the same without the light. I could not find this in the description.
