Yes, I use various Reolink cameras and so far they have all been supported. See also: https://support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/900000617826-Which-Reolink-Products-Support-CGI-RTSP-ONVIF/

Hi what is the difference between the V2 and the simple E1 reolink? do they both work via the app? i would need it to monitor our dog when he is alone so it doesn't have to be too expensive. We already have reolink for outside so it would make sense to get another reolink or can I register it via the same app?

The E1 Pro V2/ RL-E1-Pro-B-V2 should still have person and animal detection as a function, unlike the Reolink E1 Pro (RL-E1-Pro-BK).
