According to my own research, this model (HX9362/67) is not listed in the money-back campaign and is therefore probably not accepted. To be sure, you can still contact the manufacturer itself. I wouldn't worry about the pressure control. I can highly recommend the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean. I used to have an OralB with pressure control, but it took a lot of grumbling to get it to work. Generally, electric toothbrushes don't need much pressure, just touch the teeth with the 45 degree angle and that's it.
