So: navigate to: dental care => brush head => "brand" - Philips => "suitable for" - easy clean ... that will give you the right results. By the way: good product for this price, it doesn't need more bells and whistles and feels good in the hand. Total recommendation to buy!

No special toothpaste necessary. Normal toothpaste, i.e. the kind that is usually used, works fine.
All brush heads, except those for the kids' toothbrushes, are the same size.
