Setting the fan heater to 1000 W is not possible, as there are only two power settings available: 1200 W and 2000 W. There is no 1000 W power level on this model.
You can choose between the two available heating levels (1200 W or 2000 W) via the controls on the device or via the Philips Air+ app for remote control and the automatic mode based on artificial intelligence that optimises energy consumption, but there is no 1000 W setting.
Yes, the fan heater has a timer function via the app. You can define schedules to switch the device on and off automatically at certain times, for example at 07:00.
The heat is regulated using a set point that you specify, or you can choose a fixed high or low heat setting, or just ventilation mode.
Personally, I don't find the automatic control fantastic because it's on the fan, so it just switches on and off until the temperature returns to room level each time. So I put it on high mode.
Good point: you don't have to worry about it, it manages the room temperature.
Negative point: if you want it to heat a bathroom quickly while you're showering, for example, it's not the fastest, but overall it's a good buy.
The corresponding app is called Phillips Air+ , as long as the device in the holiday home has a WLAN connection, this is possible.
Unfortunately, we don't have Wi-Fi, but the room warms up quite quickly, so we don't miss the function.
