The device is very sensitive. I was also very surprised how it reacts to smoke smells from outside and automatically filters more strongly. So I can answer your question with YES.
Yes, the air purifier can be controlled remotely via the app, even if you are not at home, as long as it is connected to a Wi-Fi network. However, remote control is not possible.
I clean the filter with the hoover and simply put it back.
It is usually changed every 1 -1½ years. Or when the filter can no longer filter the odours.
Our prices may differ from other competitors or from the manufacturer. There may be various reasons for this, such as higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs. We try to set a price in line with the market, but this is not always possible.
all approx. data
Replace hepa filter 10 monthly, approx. 18€
Replace AC filter 6 monthly, approx. 15€
Clean coarse filter by hand monthly
the changes are indicated by the device, due to duration of use, soiling
Various volume levels.
I use the night option and it is extremely quiet (I also have it in the room, it runs day and night).
My experience: it is a very good device for pollen and dust particles.
For odour removal, maybe someone else has more experience.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this. The product can be returned within 30 days. However, a discount will be charged if the original packaging has been opened.
Unfortunately no, I had the same problem and therefore opted for the predecessor model: AC2882. Unfortunately, this one is currently not available. :-(
You must mean the AC2882/10 model... As far as I can see, the AC2882/10 has no functions regarding data analysis via smartphone compared to the product here. The colour also seems to be slightly different.
Here is a comparison of the two products: https://www.digitec.ch/de/Comparison/6182274-6182270

The AC2889/10 has three filters.
- A pre-filter that can be washed under running water and should be cleaned every 14 days.
- An activated carbon filter, which should be replaced every 12 months: https://goo.gl/EASL1u
- A HEPA filter which should be replaced every 24 months: https://goo.gl/lYVzKh
Yes, the information is unfortunately wrong, also on the Swiss manufacturer's page (German and French, probably the US page translated). On the German site, they have noticed the error and adjusted it accordingly. It is 220V, which is definitely correct. Otherwise the device would blow the fuses directly when connected. Digitec even gives the value in the specifications as 220V-240V, which is also valid for our electricity grid.
