Oral-B Pulsonic Slim Clean
Sonic toothbrush
Not as far as I know. It's not my first Pulsonic, the first one died after 4-5 years. As I said, the manufacturer does not supply replacement batteries. There are tips and instructions for changing the battery on the Internet. I have not been able to open my Pulsonic without total damage. But in my experience, the battery technology in Braun appliances is rather disappointing.
Normal power supply unit
The manufacturer says something about 38000, unfortunately I don't know the answer. However, I am very satisfied with this toothbrush I have not charged it at times when travelling for more than a week and only then felt less power :)
Probably best to ask an experienced dentist this question, but from what I have read around the subject, rotating heads are more damaging to the surface enamel of our teeth, given that they brush sideways across the teeth as well as the more recommended upwards-and-downwards-only motion, particularly at the point where the teeth and gums meet. Pulsonic brushes vibrate very fast, but not in a circular motion, only up and down (if you hold the brush horizontally) with very little actual movement of the tips of the brush. I hope this helps.
Unfortunately, we don't have any real empirical data on this. We have forwarded the question to our community and hope that a user can provide input on this.

The Clean seems to be the newer version with more rotations, the Slim One has also been removed from the range in the meantime...
