The stated battery life of 336 hours for the Oral-B iO Series 10 is not correctly interpreted. The actual battery life is approximately 2 weeks, based on brushing twice a day for 2 minutes.
- The battery life of the iO Series 10 is approximately 14 days of normal use, not 336 hours.
- The figure of 336 hours seems too high and does not match the actual usage conditions.
- A battery life of 2 weeks is quite reasonable for a premium toothbrush like the iO Series 10, but below the average of comparable models.
We work with different suppliers and daily prices. For this reason, the price of an item may be adjusted upwards or downwards over time. However, it is the same product. However, one product is no longer available, so there is a second replacement offer from another supplier in our shop.
Hi Julien, the promotional price has nothing to do with the Oral-B Cashback initiative, so the answer is yes. You can find more information about it here:

Not really :). 336/24 equals 14 days. I did a 16 day trip and brushed my teeth 2 times a day for the full recommended 2 min time and didn't have to charge it.
Probably battery or a problem with your device. If the product is still under guarantee, i recommend you ask them to have a look at it.
It could be also the charging station, make sure it is clean.
As we do not have effective user experience with the product, we have forwarded your question to the Community so that it may be answered by another customer. Otherwise, I advise you to contact Oral-B support: Oral-B Support CH
I can confirm this 100%, Oral B cash back or how to take customers for idiots... I personally went through all the stages, finally sent all the information to Germany (!) only to never receive anything... in short, I won't be asked again, that's clear.
In the app, select the fourth symbol at the bottom, which in my case is Devices, where the duration is displayed in large letters. Under 'Your Brush Head' under 'Check for wear date' you can set the duration of the brush head and you will then also receive a reminder. I think the Zanh brush is great and much better than the previous models!
I sent an email to braun@elser.swiss a year ago. They knew directly what I needed. Paid CHF 25. Found out later that my shaver has the same power supply :-D
With regard to the colour "Stardust White", we were unable to find any negative reports indicating a particular sensitivity. It is not possible for us to test the toothbrush.
I have since bought the toothbrush. For all those who are interested: According to the information on the charger, it is suitable for 100-240V. So it is also suitable for travelling in 110 V countries.
