I currently own this model from One for All https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/one-for-all-solid-wm4611-wand-84-100-kg-tv-wandhalterung-8946544. I see that the wall bracket is the same as in the current model. Is it possible to replace the vertical TV mount with the angled one without having to replace everything?

You have identified this correctly. The two wall brackets are identical, so it is possible to exchange only the supports.
