If you mean a local DNS, no. I wouldn't buy this product again either. The WLAN performance drops at irregular intervals to values around 100kBit/sec. In addition, the configurability is minimalistic. Even the WLAN box from Swisscom can do much more.

I was able to start a search and according to the reviews and tests on the Internet, the result is around 38-40W per device. I was also unable to find a clear declaration from the manufacturer.
