Yes, it can be mounted on the left or right side.
It is a very good product, solid and easy to assemble.
The tank is very easy to remove for cleaning.
The only drawback is that the capacity of the tank is less than the capacity of a 35 litre bag, so once filled the bag is not really full.
Unfortunately I couldn't find the part at Digitec/Galaxus, but just search for catch hooks for FLEXX (Müllex item no. 10151)
Mine is on the left but I don't think it matters.

According to our information, the only difference is the height of the item. You should therefore take the measurements of the place where you want to install it.
It's very easy to stretch out, very practical.
The bin liner goes in and then you put the lid or holder back on.

The only difference ist the kitchen norm (EU and CH), price has been adjusted.
There is a lid but it is not airtight. This is not a problem as the cupboard is often closed...
