Does the red second hand stop briefly at 12 h, followed by jumping of the large hand by one minute ? (anal. Swiss station clock) or do the hands run continuously, like on any other clock ?

The evo2 model does not have the Stop2Go function, but has a normal movement. The second hand covers the minute in 60 seconds and does not jump. If your interested in the for the stop2go movement, it would be these items: MONDAINE Stop2Go Back Light (Analogue Watch, 41mm)
