No, only the SFP+ port supports 10Gbit/s, the 10 RJ45 ports are "only" 1Gbit/s.

@digitec The RJ45 max port speed of 10Gbit/s is wrong, they are regular 1Gbit/s ports [1]. Only the SFP+ port supports 10 Gbit/s. Please differentiate between 10Gbit/s and 1Gbit/s RJ45 ports in the search filters so that you can search for both in parallel. [1]: https://mikrotik.com/product/rb4011igs_5hacq2hnd_in

Depending on the provider, this is a general load balancing -> if one gateway fails, the second one is used. If you want to split the data traffic, you have to mark the connections (point: "Firewall marking"). You can also use the bonding: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/Bonding Connects 2 interfaces to a single link. This allows load balancing and failover.
