Yes, a suitable exhaust air hose is included with the system. The hose is designed using "concertina" technology and can be extended to a maximum length of 150 cm.

The Midea Silent Cool 26 Pro has 2 filters that do not need to be replaced but must be cleaned regularly - the upper filter is on the back directly above the connection for the exhaust air hose, the lower filter is on the side at the bottom right of the device; see operating instructions for a visual representation.
In addition, the water tank should be emptied regularly to prevent mould growth, especially if you use the dehumidifier mode a lot. Before storing the appliance at the end of the season, it is advisable to air it for a while in ventilation mode. All in all, very easy to clean!

The diameter of the exhaust air hose is 16cm. The supplied reducer has a diameter of 11cm. This will not damage the appliance. Greetings, S.

On cooling you don’t have to empty the water tank (there is no water tank actually but there is a hose output and you can use your own bottle or tank, when in dehumidifier mode). On cooling mode it’s using the water collected to cool down the warm condenser which then flows outside through the air hose.

I wouldn't look so much at the label. The power consumption in cooling mode is 1160 watts. I think that's OK. 10 hours in cooling mode at a price of 25Rp./kWh costs you about Fr. 3.-.
The unit is of very good quality, cools perfectly and is really quiet.
As a rule, a fabric window seal that is attached to the window with Velcro is sufficient, but you must at least tilt a window at another point in the flat because otherwise the air conditioner can create a negative pressure. What hot air is led out must come in again at another point.
Exciting that Galaxus is forwarding this question to buyers of the device :-) Bought on 27.6.2022 for CHF 509 incl. 7.6% VAT. A really good device, but apparently the manufacturer (or others?) wants to rip off +39 per cent from Swiss customers.
Yes, everything is included (even different window adapters).

A 125 mm hole in the wall is required according to the supplier's instructions, which should correspond to the diameter of the pipe.
I'll say this: Amazon's customer service is not comparable to Digitec. It just depends on the experiences you have had yourself.
